Join us in Llano Texas for the only overland event in Texas and the largest in the central United States. Each year we seek to serve the fastest growing overland community in the US. What we provide is a centralized place for the overland enthusiast to come and see some of the latest overland products available, talk with amazing vendors and representatives, become more educated in necessary skills, and to meet and visit with scores of like minded people. While there are other options available out there, what makes us unique is that we are seeking to not just show you products but to instead foster and grow this amazing overland community. We are a family friendly, smaller and more intimate version of some of the bigger trade shows out there, all in the heart of Texas. So what you can you expect to find at the Outdoor Expo? We offer the opportunity to camp out the entire weekend at a reasonable cost, meet and chat with top notch vendors, put your hands on some of the cutting edge products available to the overland community, take classes and watch presentations on things like navigation, first aid, recovery and other necessary skills. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to be part of a very special community that is growing here in Texas. We have long partnered with the folks over at Texas Overland and one need only spend some time around this group of fellow travelers to see that something great is happening here in Texas. We are part of the larger overland community, but add our own bit of spice to the pot.
We keep mentioning community because it is important to us. Another important phrase is family. We strive to provide an event that is entertaining and positive for the entire family. We host community bonding events like cast iron cookoffs, gear swaps, mappy hour, kids games and activities and movie night to make sure that the entire family is engaged. A new feature this year will be a family only area for camping that is geared to provided campers a quiet place to lay their heads each night without impeding on the night owls. We understand that at the end of the day it isn't about the cool rig, latest equipment, or patches on the ceiling (although all of that is nice!) but instead is about the memories you make when pursuing this rewarding lifestyle.
So mark you calendars and make plans to come down to Llano Texas and take part in one of the most special events in the US. Come experience some Texas hospitality in the beautiful Texas hill country and remember to always #LiveLifeOutside!
